HOW TO TURN ON "COOKIES"

Do you have a Newer Version of Netscape? We have cookie instructions.

1) Click on TOOLS at the very top of your page


2) Then choose COOKIE MANAGER and then choose either ALLOW COOKIES FROM THIS SITE or UNBLOCK COOKIES FROM THIS SITE


3) You should see a box which confirms that cookies will always be allowed or will not be blocked.



Your cookies should now be enabled and you should be able to LOGIN
